About these terms
Forexia ("we", "us") runs tradingsignalbot.com and TradingSignalBot, the program that posts the signals. By using the site or the free channel you accept these terms.
What the site is
Information about the bot, the signals it has posted to our free Telegram channel, and how it works. Nothing on it is financial advice; read the risk disclosure.
The free channel
The free channel is on Telegram, under Telegram's own terms. We may change how many signals it gets, or close it, at any time.
ForexiaPRO
ForexiaPRO, which includes every signal, is sold on forexiapro.com under Forexia's terms. It is paid for in 30-day periods and does not renew by itself.
Early access
Joining early access for channel owners or developers commits neither of us to anything. Prices are set before launch, and what launches may differ from what this site describes, especially the API, which is a preview.
No warranty
The site, the bot and the signals are provided as they are. We do not guarantee that they are accurate, complete, on time or available, or that any signal will make money.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss from using the site, the signals or the bot, including trading losses. Nothing in these terms limits a liability the law does not allow to be limited.
The charts
The charts and text on this site are ours. You may share a chart or a link to a page with credit to tradingsignalbot.com; please do not republish signals as your own.
Changes
We may change these terms; the date above says when they last changed. Questions: operators@forexiapro.com.
